I can’t remember how I came across Michelles Party Plan-It  blog and website, but since I found her, I look forward to her blog posts coming to my email. She offers such bright colorful partyscapes and has great ideas for a wide variety of entertaining themes.

Here’s a little bit about Michelle, in her own words:

I’m Michelle Stewart and I have always enjoyed entertaining family and friends but party planning became a true passion after the arrival of my third baby boy. As a full-time working wife and mother, I found party planning to be the perfect creative outlet.

In the summer of 2011, I opened my Etsy Shop and Michelle’s Party Plan-It was born. I started by creating custom paper party packages with custom stationery and party decor for my shop. A little while later, I started my blog as a portfolio and a place to share the parties I created for my three boys.

My blog has evolved into a party ideas and inspiration blog; where I share all things party related, including recipes and DIY crafts and decor. I also enjoy party styling and crafting for my favorite brands.

Michelle’s intention to give her readers with lots of easy party ideas they can use or adapt or select from to create special memories for your guests. I totally agree with Michelle’s three-step mantra for projects and recipes—“if it takes more than three steps on a single project, I don’t want to do it”! I am certainly looking for easy, simple projects, and Michelle has them.Michelle’s website and blog include ideas for baby showers, birthday parties, graduations, holidays and celebrations, theme parties, party planning and weddings. She includes craft projects for adults and children, free printables and Cricut and Sizzix projects.

She works with the following companies to show how to use their products in party-giving: Oriental Trading, Cost Plus World Market, Cricut, DecoArt, Evite, Hobby Lobby and Sizzix
So if you want to check out Michelle’s great party ideas, go to her website and check out her blog. Sign up to receive her blog posts in your email—you won’t want to miss an entry!
