I began with a crisp white cotton tablecloth as the base of the tablescape. Then I added four round pink straw placemats, and then layered them with four spring green acrylic chargers. On top of those I placed plain white dinner plates. Then I put four pink and green plaid cotton napkins on top of the dinner plates. Finally I added pink camellia blossoms atop each placesetting as a treat for each dinner guest. What a wonderful color pop!I used pewter flatware and clear glass drinkware to the table before working on the table centerpiece. I took two clear glass pedestal candlesticks to use in the center of table. On top of them I used two short white pillar candles so the guests could see over them.
Around the base of the
candlesticks I added four white votive candles, each in a clear glass votive holders. The candles enhanced the romantic atmosphere of the table. The last touch was to add pink camellia blossoms around the base of the candlesticks and votives.

Very fresh and inviting. Great job and I like the tip about using scrapbook paper in lieu of chargers.
